We operate an appointment only service so as to provide our guests with the most convenient experience
Appointments to drop off and collect cats or view the cattery can be booked during the following hours :
MON-FRI 09.30-11.30 AND 16.30-18.30
SATURDAY 09.30-12.30 AND 16.30-18.30
SUNDAY AND BANK HOLIDAYS 09.30-12.30 ONLY
If you have a preferred time to drop off and collect please let us know when you book and we will do our best to accommodate
Each appointment is every 15 minutes
